I have made my page up from pimpmyprofile.com but there is alot of pages to choose from!! You can even choose a few pages and they will put them together for you! It is free as well. You just pick which one you like, preview the page, copy the code and paste it into your 'about me' section (even with your own details) and save it. Good luck!

Usually if your friends have used a page editing websit, the like to it will be right there on their myspace home page. Just look for little links on your friend's pages such as coolweblayouts.com or something similar.
