Goto www.whateverlife.com .. i get all mine from there.. there so pretty and heaps to choose from.. you copy the gibberish bit below the one u want and then u goto your myspace and chose the edit profile and paste what u copied under your about me section.. then save the changes.. hope this helped!

There are many sites you can go to to get different myspace backgrounds. try http://www.freeweblayouts.net they have some good ones. Copy the code for the layout you like...Go to Edit Profile. and in your "About me" section, paste the code that you copied there. then save all settings and there you go!!
