You don't even need Photoshop! You can simply do it in any image editing program like MS Paint, etc.

Just paste the photo into the canvas, then paste the frame in on top (making sure you have it on the transparent background setting in the leftside toolbar). Now you can grab the frame of the frame and drag it out to fit the right size of the picture.

well if you get any program like photoshop, they will have them in it, i would recommend going to http://www.corel.com , you can download a 30 day trial version of paint shop pro there, they have frames within the software, and you can download more to add aswel

1.get adobe photoshop

2. put the picture of you on ur background picture on photoshop

3. paste frame on top

4. save

5. upload onto myspace
